Monday 29th August



Please get the camp notes returned and back to class.

Keep working to earn your camp money, try vacuuming the floor, cleaning windows, helping with some of  jobs Mum and Dad often do.

Community Sports Day

  • Elmwood Park
  • Sunday 4th September at 11am... 2pm
  • Try cricket, bowls, croquet and hockey.
  • Enjoy a coffee and BBQ.

The Court Theatre's ' Adventures of Capt Cook' will be here at St Albans next Saturday...(10/9/2011) at 2.00pm  and it is just $3.00 for children and free for your parents. (Remember to bring a cushion.)Be here or be square.

Lost Last week a P.S.P disappeared from our cloakroom, if you have an information that will help in it being returned to its owner the please speak with Mr Y.

We had a small group of children who managed to get all of their spelling correct in today's test .
Well done; Shannae, Zach, Kayla, Sky and Brydie.  We will all work together to have more successful spellers next week. (Try using Spelling City to help you learn your words.)


20  points for every Daffodil you bring to school tomorrow. We will be using these for Art  :)

Rule up a reading table and record your nightly reading.

Learn the x 3 tables,you will also need to know the divided bys. Tuesday will be our test day this week...be ready.

Remember to learn your spelling words.

Last week poor Mr.Yardley was away sick and could not be at school teaching us wonderful things for 2
days straight.We had Mrs.Glasson and Mrs.Talas'ka(Talashka).But know he's back!  :)

Wheelie Day
Tuesday 9 August
On Tuesday you are all invited to bring some wheels to school. You can bring skateboards, bikes, roller blades, scooters, rip stick  etc (NO  electronics).

Each year group will get a designated time to use their wheels during the day. A course will be set up around the courts. You will NOT be allowed to use them before school and at intervals.

If you bring a bike or scooter they will need to be locked up. Skateboards etc to be stored neatly in your cloakroom but not blocking any doors.
